Midland Credit Management (MCM) has launched the Pride Network to foster an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies. The network’s mission is to create a safe and open environment for year-round dialogue and support, recognizing that LGBTQ+ individuals may not always be visible in the workplace.
The initiative focuses on three pillars: Internal Education and Communication, Structural Inclusion, and External Engagement and Awareness.
