Managing Director, India Operations

Jaison Thomas is Managing Director for the India operations of Midland Credit Management (MCM), Inc., an Encore Capital Group subsidiary.

Thomas is responsible for global service delivery and building an employer brand of choice in the region. He oversees call center operations, internal legal, business transformation, analytics, and people practice. He also facilitated digital channels for consumers at MCM and introduced automation to build efficiencies at scale.

Since joining MCM in 2009, Thomas has held a variety of leadership roles focused on optimizing consistent growth within India, and he spent time mentoring Encore’s former Australian subsidiary, Baycorp. Prior to joining MCM, Thomas worked at Aegis BPO, GE Capital International Services, IBM Daksh, Global Vantedge and United Airlines. He holds a commerce degree from the University of Delhi, India.
